If you are looking for a training specifically tailored to your needs I offer 1 on 1 sessions. I understand that every single person is a different individual: different body, goals, hormones, social responsibilities, schedules, dietary history, and views on what “being fit” really means, that’s why we work together to choose a training programme than will work with you.
Now these lessons are held online or, if you are from around, in a park. When it is permitted we can also meet at
‘Revolution Personal Training’ studio in Clapham Common.

MEET ME
I am a personal trainer based in Clapham, London.
I believe that physical activity and healthy nutrition are the only way to prolong youth, increase body awareness and improve overall quality of life. Sport is also a great way to maintain mental balance and reduce stress. That is why I am a committed vegan and promote a healthy mindset and lifestyle whenever I can.
During our sessions, I try to infect clients with my passion, persuade them to introduce healthy habits, make movement become a daily routine and need.
I try to make our sessions hard but enjoyable leaving my clients feeling proud and accomplished.
